CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION (CME) BUSINESS PARTNER - EXTERNAL
Conducting initial communication and correspondence to the relevant brand team, medical societies and medical doctors (MDs) regarding the event, such information to be discussed and provided by the Sanofi.
Handle all logistical arrangements (including accommodation, banquets, and transportation details).
Coordinate overall the arrangements for hotels, caterers, car rentals, travel agency to the CME Event management team
Provide overall logistical support and coordination during the event, which also includes receipt and distribution of promotional materials from the company, reception duty during the entire event and obtaining feedback forms from the participating MDs at the end of the event.
Account for and return of all promotional materials after the event and confirmation of
delivery of all CME logistics.
